Your Wellbeing Quatrefolic is an innovative form of folic acid/folate supplementation. It is the bioavailable form considered a “finished” folate, meaning that the body can use it immediately without any kind of metabolization. Quatrefolic is especially beneficial for supplementation before conception and during pregnancy. Folate plays an essential role in human growth and development. It contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, normal homocysteine metabolism, among other benefits. Combined with methylated Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3 this supplement helps maintain and promote healthy cell functioning.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Take one capsule one to two times daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.
