I3C & DIM SFN provides a blend of indole-3-carbinol, di-indolyl-methane and sulforaphane all derived from cruciferous vegetables which research has shown to have anticancer properties. These 3 ingredients together may assist in preventing hormone-sensitive cancers such as prostate, breast, cervical & colon cancers. May also assist in liver detoxification.

Each capsule contains:
Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C) 100mg
Diindonlemethane (DIM) 200mg
Brassica oleraceavar.italica (broccoli) seed extract (SFN) 20mg
(yeilding 2mg Sulforaphane)
Other ingredients: Hypromellose
No artificial colourants or flavouring
Directions for use:
Take 1 capsule once or twice daily, with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner. Do not use if sensitive / allergic to any of the ingredients.
