CalMag-Zinc is a dietary supplement providing an optimal balanced ratio of elemental Calcium and Magnesium. Zinc contributes to the mineralization of your bones, it promotes the growth of cells that help bone production while inhibiting bone degradation by regulating the cells that break down bone, therefore supporting the balance between breakdown and formation. Magnesium is essential for turning vitamin D into its active form, which helps the body absorb calcium. Vitamin K2 prevents calcification within blood vessels and is also necessary to develop and maintain strong bones and teeth.

Each capsule contains:
Calcium Glycinate 500mg
Magnesium bisglycinate (10%) 225mg
[Providing 22.5mg elemental Magnesium]
Zinc AAC glycinate (20%) 20mg
Copper 2.5mg
Menaquinone MK-7 (Vitamin K2) 50mcg
Other ingredients: Hypromellose
No artificial colourants or flavourings.
Directions for use:
Take 1 capsule once or twice daily, with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.
PRECAUTIONS:
Do not use when pregnant. Not recommended for children below 12 years. Do not use if sensitive / allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use if the safety seal is broken. Consult with your healthcare provider prior use if you have high Serum Calcium levels.
Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature (approx. 21° C). Keep lid tightly closed. Keep in original packaging until required for use. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
